No refunds or guarantees are provided based solely on rankings or traffic metrics unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

5. Payments & Billing

  • All fees are agreed upon before project initiation
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule
  • Late or missed payments may result in service suspension
  • Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement

We reserve the right to revise pricing with prior notice.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant necessary access to websites, analytics, and tools
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests for approvals or content

Delays caused by missing information or access may impact project timelines and outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All original content, strategies, and materials created by Search Engine Empires remain our intellectual property until full payment is received
  • Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables
  • Our brand name, logo, and materials may not be reused or resold without permission

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, including:

  • Business strategies
  • Login credentials
  • Financial information
  • Proprietary data

This obligation survives termination of services.

9. Third-Party Tools & Websites

We may use or recommend third-party tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs). We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party service availability
  • Changes in third-party policies
  • Data loss caused by third-party platforms

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Search Engine Empires shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Website downtime caused by hosting providers or external factors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the last 30 days of active service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services:

  • For unethical or illegal activities

Clients may terminate services with written notice as per the agreed contract terms.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Search Engine Empires from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from:

  • Violation of laws or third-party rights

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
